Pool and Spa Builders, Inc. provides maintenance services throughout the Los Angeles area.  Whether you need pool and spa service or you have a water feature that needs regular maintenance we are here to help.  We have outlined below what our Los Angeles pool and spa services consist of.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concern.

Residential: Service starting at $105 a month.

Once a week service. (Twice a week is avaliable upon request, at an extra charge.)

Service Includes:

- Skim top of pool to remove leaves & debris.
- Test  Pool/Spa water & maintain proper chemistry.
- Empty skimmer baskets of leaves & debris.
- Remove leaves or dirt from borrom of pool/spa.
- Check filter pressure & backwash if ecessary.
- Clean waterline tile.
- Empty pump basket.
- Brush walls of pool/spa each visit.
- Vacuum pool/spa each visit.
- Clean fountain & adjust chemicals as necessary.

Excludes (Extra Charges):

- Annual conditioner charge in March (@ $75.00)
- Filter Cleaning (disassemble filter, remove & clean grids, recharge w/D.E.)
- Additional support chemicals needed (i.e: algaecides, phosphate remover, clarifier, etc.)
- Equiptment maintenance, items or repairs. (We will call first with estimate for approval.)
- All inclusive prices avaliable starting at $130.
- Service charges WILL VARY depending on pool size, condition, and location.

Commercial Prices:

- Site visit is required in order to provide a poper quote.
